- Create credit memorandums/financing package and other supportive financing documents.
- Identify key potential lenders and investors.
- Market project to interested funders and obtain commitments.
- Negotiate to ensure optimal pricing and terms for clients.
- Obtain credit ratings on bond financings.
- Manage and coordinate all components of the closing, including issuer requirements, preparation of flow of funds and requisitions.
- Provide post-closing monitoring and compliance services including replacement of bank letters of credit, remarketing of bonds, and government agency compliance requirements.
